How To Bring Your Ideas To Life With Us

Step 1: Gathering Inspiration & Initial Consultation

In person or via email, our bespoke team takes the time to understand your ideas, style, and vision. We’ll help shape the foundation of your design with expert insight and a relaxed, personalised approach. Pinterest boards and inspiration images are highly recommended as the perfect starting point. 

Once we know a design style, we will share a quote.

Step 2: Stone Sourcing & Design

With your vision in mind, we carefully source a curated selection of ethically sourced stones that best suit your design, budget, and aesthetic. Alongside this, we develop initial concept sketches that begin to bring your piece to life elegant, considered, and entirely unique to you.

Once you have chosen you stone and approved the desgin we take a 50% deposit.

Step 3: CAD Design & Creation

Your chosen design is transformed into a detailed 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) model, offering a lifelike preview of your piece from every angle.

Once approved, our master craftsmen begin the making process. Expertly hand finishing your jewellery in our London workshops using time-honoured techniques and exceptional materials.

Step 4: Delivery

Once complete in 4-6 weeks, your bespoke piece is beautifully packaged and presented, ready for collection or secure delivery anywhere in the world. The final deposit is due on collection/prior to shipping.

After Care

We are here for you, for life! From resizing, to annual maintenance and insurance valuations we offer a full range of services start from £45.
