Where is Monroes Jewellers located?

We're proud to be based in the heart of Richmond upon Thames highstreet, in South West London. You can find us on the high street, where we've been serving the local community with beautiful jewellery and expert services for the last two years.

What are your opening times?

We are open 7 days a week!

Monday - Saturday: 10:00-18:00

Sunday: 11:00-16:00

Do you sell jewellery online?

Yes! You can shop a selection of our jewellery online. However, not everything we stock instore is currently available on the website so if you’re looking for something specific, feel free to get in touch or visit us in person.

We offer a wide range of jewellery, including:

Whether you're looking for a meaningful gift or a bespoke engagement ring, we’ve got something special for every style, occasion and season. Prices range from £35 upwards.

Do you offer lab-grown diamonds?

Absolutely! We stock both lab-grown and natural diamonds, and we’re always happy to explain the differences and help you choose the right option for your budget and preferences.

Can I get my jewellery repaired or resized with you?

Yes, we offer a full range of repair services, including ring resizing, stone resetting, chain repairs, clasp replacements, and more. Bring your item into the store for an assessment, no appointment needed and we can quote accordinly. Repairs from £40.

Do you offer valuations?

Yes, we provide professional valuations for insurance or probate. These take 2-3 weeks for us to appraise and write up. Prices starting from £45.

Can I commission a bespoke piece?

Yes! Our bespoke design service allows you to create a completely unique piece, whether you're remodelling an heirloom or designing from scratch. We’ll guide you through every step of the process, from concept to final creation with our specialist team. Prices starting from £300.

Is cleaning or jewellery maintenance available?

Yes, we offer cleaning, polishing, and jewellery check-ups to keep your pieces looking their best. Pop in any time and we’ll be happy to assess your piece and reccomend accordinly. Prices start from £60.

Who owns Monroes Jewellers?

Monroes is a fully female-owned and run, independent jewellers. We’re a small, passionate team dedicated to offering honest advice, expert craftsmanship, and a personal touch you won’t find in chain stores. 

Do I need an appointment to visit?

No appointment is needed for general browsing, repairs or consultations. However, if you’d like to discuss a bespoke design or book a valuation, we recommend calling or emailing ahead so we can give you our full attention.

Do you offer refunds instore?

We do not offer refunds for any instore purchases. Should you change your mind about a piece purchased with us you have 28 days to return it to us in it's original box and packaging, unworn and unused where we will happily exchange or offer a credit note lasting 3 months. 

Do you offer interest-free finance or payment plans?

Unfortuantely we do not offer any instore finance or payment plans currenly.
